Senzors has always committed to Total Quality ensuring our customers to receive high-quality, reliable products in accordance with applicable specifications. This also implies close relationship with our customers in every step of the selection or of the design to assure that the final product will completely meet or exceed customer's requirements. Additionally, our products are manufactured in compliance with written procedures and each of our employees is personally responsible for the quality of his or her work.

Senzors is also in line with the internationally-recognized ISO-9001 quality standards, which require written procedures describing all the tasks performed inside the company and tracking capabilities for each product manufactured.

Senzors is continuously working to improve policies, procedures and processes through employee's contribution, customer's input and tests and measurements.

Every single product is tested

Our policy is to ensure that our products will stay highly-reliable on the long run. So each of our products is extensively tested under various environment conditions and constraints and performance is verified through the testing processes.

At the end of the testing processes, an individual calibration report can be printed out and delivered with each product. The calibration report contains various test information and guarantees that the product passed all stringent tests. The calibration report can easily be customized to better meet each customer's need.

2-year warranty

To demonstrate the exceptional quality of its products, Senzors offers a 2-year warranty on all products of its manufacture. However, make sure that you read our Sales Terms & Conditions and that you understand our warranty limitation, which is quite common in our industry.

"...Senzors warrants products of its manufacture to the original purchaser only as conforming to specifications and being free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of shipping, provided, however, that notice of any such defect, including a reasonably detailed description of the problem or difficulty experienced, is made in writing to Senzors within 15 calendar days following discovery thereof and prior to the expiration of such warranty period. Senzors shall, if it determines that products of its manufacture do not conform to the foregoing warranty, repair or replace the affected products at its sole discretion. This warranty shall be voided if the Senzors' products have been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse, accident or improper installation.

THIS WARRANTY IS PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SENZORS DOES NOT ASSUME THE COSTS OF REMOVAL AND/OR INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER WORKMANSHIP. IN NO EVENT SHALL SENZORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION, OR LOSS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE INCURRED BY THE BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF SENZORS' PRODUCTS..."
