High-precision submersible level transmitter - Model PM1H
Featured with a state-of-the-art digital compensation and a modular design, the PM1H is our most accurate, most precise and most versatile submersible pressure transmitter. It utilizes the latest leading-edge technologies to measure hydrostatic pressure and offers unequaled performance, excellent stability and proven reliability. The level probe is designed for any liquid level measurement that requires a high level measurement. The modular design enables the submersible level probe to serve as the basis for a unique custom solution without sacrificing price and high performance. Different materials and cables are available.
The sensing element is a solid-state, piezoresistive MEMS silicon die. This technology provides excellent repeatability, increased long-term stability and reliability, and virtually no hysteresis. The silicon strain gage is fitted into a 316L stainless steel package and is completely isolated from the media.
The sensor signal is digitized, compensated and processed by a powerful, low power 32-bit microcontroller. It is then converted back to an amplified analog signal. The digital electronics ensures precise calibration of all critical parameters and achieves very high precision, thermal stability and compensation of all repeatable errors. Each unit is fully tested, compensated and calibrated for pressure and temperature. Each transmitter is shipped with a traceable calibration card.
The electronic circuit is packaged in a hermetically-sealed, all-welded 316L stainless steel housing enabling the PM1H to be immersed in water without internal leakage. This design makes the PM1H ideal for level measurements that can involve hostile liquids in the most severe environments.
